We had to make this

Eleos Health works with over 250 of behavioral health organizations across the United States. We sit at the intersection of care delivery and technology, which means we see what most people don't. We've watched clinicians and family members carry impossible burdens. The stress, the burnout, the quiet erosion of people who got into this work because they believed in something. We made this documentary because saving a soul is saving a life, and the people doing that hard work deserve to be seen, heard and recognized.
They care for the margins of society But Who cares for them?

The team behind the film

Initiated and produced by:
Eleos Health is an AI-powered CareOps platform that automates behavioral health documentation and compliance monitoring. By generating clinical insights from therapy sessions, it reduces administrative burnout and empowers providers to focus on improving patient outcomes. Impact Collaborative is a human-centered social innovation firm that develops sustainable solutions for businesses, NGOs, and educational institutions drive social change and economic growth. Together, they brought this film to life because they saw firsthand what caregivers were carrying and believed it needed to be witnessed.
Directed and produced by:
Deutsch & Co is a creative agency and private equity firm.
They directed and produced "Who Cares?" with a commitment to staying out of the way of the story, letting the clinicians speak for themselves and the camera sit where it's uncomfortable.
Feature partner:
The Child Center of NY provides mental health services, education, and family support to children and families across New York City. Their team and their work are at the heart of what you see in the film.
Supporting partner:
The National Council for Mental Wellbeing represents thousands of behavioral health organizations serving millions of Americans. Their support for the film reflects a shared belief that the people delivering care deserve to be seen and supported, not just studied.
